I NGRDIENTS 250 gm Ilisha/hilsa fish (ilish) 40 gm mustard seed paste 30 gm yogurt 20 ml mustard oil 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp turmeric powder 4-5 green chilli salt as per taste H OW TO MAKE 1. Soak mustard seed paste for 2 hours. 2. Transfer soaked mustard paste into steel tiffin box. add y ogurt, mustard oil, sugar, turmeric powder and salt as per taste.mixed it all together. 3.
