INGREDIENTS
4/5 Slices of Bread
500 gm Milk
2/3 Tea Spoon Condensed Milk
2/3 Tea Spoon Khoya
2/3 Tea Spoon Sugar
2 Tea Spoon Ghee
7/8 Tea Spoon Oil
Cashews, Rose and Cherry for Decoration
HOW TO MAKE
Step: 1
Take a Saucepan. Heat Water With Sugar. Let It Boil, Till The Syrup Achieves Two String Consistency. Once The Sugar Syrup Turns a Little Thick, Put Off Stove And Keep It.
Step: 2
Take Another Pan, Boil the Milk In Medium Heat. Add Sugar, Khoya And Condensed Milk. Boil It Till It Get Thick as Rabri. Turn Off The Heat And Keep It Aside.
Step: 3
Take The Bread Slices And Cut Their Sides And Slice It As Two Triangles. Then, Heat Ghee And Oil In a Pan. Sallow Fry The Bread Slices Until It Is Crispy And Golden Color.
Step: 4
Take a Serving Dish. Put Breads On It. Pure Rabri Over Breads And Garnish With Cashew, Cherry And Rose.
